Printed Flying
Lines newsletter back Issues
New issue
added Jan. 6, 2024
The Flying Lines newsletter was published from
May 1979 until all of its features were adapted into the Flying
Lines website in 2006.
As with the current website, Flying Lines newsletter
was a complete, independent source for all control-line
flying news in the Pacific Northwest. Some Northwest
fliers have complete collections. Requests occasionally
still come in for back issues.
Thanks to the efforts of Randy James, a CL flier in
Silvana, Wash., all 215 print issues of the Flying
Lines newsletter are now scanned and online for
download.
Most issues are searchable. Just open the document in
Adobe Reader, hit Control-F (or Apple-F, or Command-F on a
Mac) and type in the word you're looking for, and hit
"enter."
