The weather forecast was not good, even early Saturday morning as I set out to prepare the site. The forecast was for medium to heavy rain both days and it did rain, overnight. However both days the rain held off until a half-hour before the planned contest closing times. Other than it could have been a bit warmer. It turned out to be great flying weather, so we lucked out.
It was disappointing that none of the locals showed up, but it was their loss.
